Dodder Plant depends on a parasitic plant and other trees, which spread like a rope on the trees like berry, shawl, gooseberry etc. The fine thread-like fibers coming out of it keep sucking the juice of the branches of the tree.
Due to being born every year on the same tree, it is called Amarbel Plant. It spreads above the trees, it is also called cuscuta due to being only on the tree without being attached to the ground.
